Julius Caesar was the first man to have an affair with Cleopatra. They had an affair because they needed each other as allies and also for their social life. Together they had one son they called Caesarian. This relationship was incredibly positive for Cleopatra because it helped her become allies with the Roman Empire. However the relationship was not as good for Caesar as it resulted in his death because the Romans thought he was getting too carried away with an Egyptian queen instead of focusing on his duties in Rome. The details of the relationship between Cleopatra and Caesar are marked on the back of Cleopatra’s temples.
